What:  The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) and the Governor’s Office of Storm Recovery (GOSR) will be joined by representatives of the Billion Oyster Project to make an announcement at the Canarsie Community Reef.

This Canarsie reef project is an integral part of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo’s Vital Brooklyn Initiative.
