What: New York Power Authority (NYPA) Senior Vice President Kimberly Harriman and Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) Regional Director Randall Young will join the Jefferson and St. Lawrence Resiliency and Economic Development Initiative (REDI) Planning Committee to showcase recently awarded flood resiliency projects in the region. The two counties are receiving an estimated $60 million in state funding through Governor Andrew Cuomo’s REDI for 38 projects.
