WILMINGTON, N.Y. (Sept. 18, 2018) --- Ranked by SKI Magazine as one of the five “Must-Visit Oktoberfests in North America,” the Whiteface Mountain Oktoberfest is scheduled for September 22-23 at the Olympic Mountain. Oktoberfest is a great way to celebrate the beginning of the autumn season and the winter season ahead with tall mugs of beer and festival fun for the entire family. Returning favorites include die Schlauberger, The Adlers, Alpenland Taenzer, and The Three Alphorns. Guests can also look forward to appearances by the Adirondack Wildlife Refuge and Rehabilitation Center, performances by the Little Circus, face painting and balloon animals by Merriloons the Clown, exhibitions by the Paul Smith’s College Woodsmen and a paint your own pumpkin station. Don’t forget, Saturday night fireworks, at 7 p.m., presented by KOA Campgrounds in Wilmington.
