What: New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) Commissioner Basil Seggos will announce the graduation of 44 recruits from DEC’s 22^nd Basic School for Uniformed Officers. New officers will receive diplomas in a formal ceremony following the completion of an intensive 29-week training course.
