NEW YORK STATE BOARD ON ELECTRIC GENERATION SITING AND THE ENVIRONMENT ISSUES FINAL JUNE 3, 2020 AGENDA

 

ALBANY – The New York State Board on Electric Generation Siting and the Environment (Siting Board) will meet via Webcast at 10:30 A.M., Wednesday, June 3, 2020. The Siting Board is meeting to consider the application of Alle-Catt Wind Energy LLC for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need, filed in this proceeding. TO REDUCE THE POTENTIAL COMMUNITY SPREAD OF COVID-19, MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED TO LISTEN TO THE SESSION VIA WEBCAST.

Application of Alle-Catt Wind Energy LLC for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need Pursuant to Article 10 for a Proposed Wind Energy Project, Located in Allegany, Cattaraugus, and Wyoming Counties, New York, in the Towns of Arcade, Centerville, Farmersville, Freedom, and Rushford.
