Sixteen Companies Receive New York State Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Certification

Office of General Services Commissioner RoAnn Destito today announced that the following sixteen businesses have recently been certified by the Office of General Services’ (OGS) Division of Service-Disabled Veterans’ Business Development (DSDVBD):  

  • Cavalry Security Services LLC, located in Orchard Park, NY, is a safety and security consultant.
  • Adirondack Therapeutics LLC, located in Bloomingdale, NY, teaches and practices massage therapy.
  • Bio Global Technologies, located in Rochester, NY, maintains natural biological drains.
  • Robert Dooley, located in Cobleskill, NY, provides professional engineer services.
  • Kasa Graphics, located in Hollis, NY, specializes in graphic arts, advertising, and marketing.
  • Campfire Capital, located in Chappaqua, NY, is a financial advisor specializing in investment banking.
  • KingFisher Services LLC, located in Scottsdale, PA, specializes in leadership training and program management.
  • NVT CPA PLLC, located in Mineola, NY, is an accounting services and business consultant.
  • Storm King Analytics, located in New Windsor, NY, is a network analysis.
  • D’Aprile Inc., located in Bellmore, NY, is a masonry contractor.
  • SHARPe Solutions & Consulting LLC, located in Brooklyn, NY, provides sexual harassment prevention training.
  • Crazy Mike’s Beef Jerky Company, located in Altamont, NY, manufactures small-batch beef jerky.
  • Combat Carpentry Inc., located in Wellsville, NY, specializes in carpentry.
  • Crane-Hogan Structural Systems Inc., located in Spencerport, NY, provides bridge and highway construction.
  • Trine Environmental Inc., located in Brighton, MI, provides air monitoring and geotechnical services.
  • Veteran Electrical Services, located in Blasdell, NY, is an electrical contractor.

The Division was created by Governor Andrew Cuomo in May, 2014 with enactment of the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Act. As of March 21, 2018, a total of 458 businesses have been certified.

The Act promotes and encourages participation of SDVOBs in NYS public procurements of public works, commodities, services and technology to foster and advance economic development in the State.
