- A former NYC department of finance employee from Staten Island who won $7,500,000 on the Silver Spectacular scratch-off game
- A cook from Brooklyn who won $1,000,000 on the 7*11*21 scratch-off game
- An IT consultant from Manhattan who won $1,000,000 on the Million Dollar Scratch scratch-off game
- A twenty-nine-year-old from Brooklyn who won a $1,000,000 Mega Millions second prize; and
- A group of thirty six co-workers who won a $1,000,000 Mega Millions second prize from a separate drawing.
