The announcements are part of Governor Cuomo’s Central NY Rising and NY Parks 2020 initiatives. Central NY Rising is the Governor’s comprehensive blueprint to generate robust economic growth and community development. NY Parks 2020 is a multi-year commitment to leverage $900 million in private and public funding for State Parks through 2020.
