The Witching Hour for New York’s Halloween Million$ Raffle is Fast Approaching

Your chance to buy a ticket will disappear at the stroke of midnight on Halloween

SCHENECTADY, NY - The New York Lottery today reminded players that Halloween is fast approaching and so is the deadline for buying a ticket for the first-of-its kind Halloween Million$ Raffle. Tickets sales for the limited-time multi-state raffle offering numerous $1,000,000 top prizes will cease at the stroke of midnight on Halloween. The drawing to award the multiple $1,000,000 jackpot prizes will take place on November 1.

Each ticket for the Halloween Million$ Raffle costs $10. The odds of winning the jackpot will depend upon the total number of tickets sold across all participating states. Other lotteries selling tickets for the holiday-themed raffle include Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, New Jersey, Ohio and Oklahoma. The actual Raffle drawing will take place in Iowa on November 1. Results of the drawing will be available at www.nylottery.ny.gov.

As a bonus for New York Lottery players, each Halloween Million$ Raffle ticket sold in New York features a unique nine-digit raffle number printed directly on the ticket. The last three digits of the raffle number double as a bonus set of numbers for the following day’s midday Numbers drawing.   If those numbers match, the ticket holder wins $10; effectively putting him or her in the Halloween Million$ Raffle at no cost.

Additional details on the Halloween Million$ Raffle its bonus midday drawing are available in the Halloween Million$ Raffle tab at www.nylottery.ny.gov.

About the New York Lottery
