The New York Lottery’s Yolanda Vega and Kylie McDonald will present a ceremonial prize check to Orange County’s first Lottery millionaire of 2018.  The Wallkill resident will receive her prize at the Stewart’s Shops in Modena where she purchased her $2,500,000 winning $2,500 a Week for Life scratch-off ticket.
