BROOKLYN - Yolanda Vega will present an over-sized prize check worth $5,000,000 to a Queens man who purchased his life-changing ticket on his 28^th birthday.  The Delta Airlines ramp agent used money he received from his mom in return for doing her a favor to purchase the popular Set for Life scratch-off ticket.  That ticket contained the jackpot winning combination earning him a guaranteed minimum $5,000,000 prize.
