New York State Board on Electric Generation Siting and the Environment Issues Final May 6, 2020 Agenda

ALBANY – The New York State Board on Electric Generation Siting and the Environment (Siting Board) will meet via Webcast at 10:30 A.M., Wednesday, May 6, 2020. The Siting Board is meeting to consider whether to make permanent the adoption of amendments to Article 10 Regulations, Parts 1000 and 1001 of Title 16 of the Official Compilation of Codes, Rules and Regulations of the State of New York that were previously adopted by the Board on an emergency basis, and to consider an amendment request filed in the Baron Winds Article 10 proceeding. TO REDUCE THE POTENTIAL COMMUNITY SPREAD OF COVID-19, MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED TO LISTEN TO THE SESSION VIA WEBCAST.
