FISHKILL, N.Y. – Yolanda Vega will present over-sized prize checks to three Rockland County residents who won a total of $22,300,000 on the New York Lottery’s Lotto draw game. The winners include a father and daughter from Suffern who won $15,800,000 from the November 5, 2016 Lotto drawing, and a man from New City who won $6,500,000 from the December 31, 2016 Lotto drawing.
