Dr. Ann Sullivan, commissioner of the NYS Office of Mental Health, will be joined by State Senator Diane Savino, Assemblymember Michael Cusick, DASNY CEO Reuben McDaniel and other local officials to celebrate the opening of OMH's new $250 million state-of-the-art facility at South Beach Psychiatric Center. The new building is designed to withstand the flooding that devastated the SBPC campus during Super Storm Sandy.
