OGS ANNOUNCES LUNCHTIME AT THE PLAZA CONCERT SERIES PRESENTED BY M&T BANK STARTING JUNE 1

Free Live Performances Each Wednesday Through July 27

New York State Office of General Services Commissioner Jeanette Moy today announced the lineup for the Lunchtime at the Plaza Concert Series Presented by M&T Bank. Held in conjunction with the Empire State Plaza farmers market and food truck programs, the free outdoor concert series provides live music from noon to 1:30 p.m. on eight Wednesdays between June 1 and July 27.

“The lunchtime concert series provides an excellent opportunity for state employees and the public to get outside and enjoy a live performance while eating lunch from one of the Plaza food trucks or shopping at the weekly summer farmers market,” Commissioner Moy said. “We want to thank M&T Bank for their generous sponsorship of this Summer at the Plaza event.”

“M&T has a long history of growing, investing, and supporting the arts in the Capital Region, and we are thrilled to present the ‘M&T Lunchtime at the Plaza’ series, an event that brings our community together to celebrate local music, local food, and the arts,” said Charles Pinckney, M&T regional president for New York’s Capital Region. “As the summer weather settles in and people return to the office and reconnect with their co-workers, we look forward to celebrating another summer downtown with our employees, customers, and neighbors.”

M&T will host a special veterans tribute day for the June 29 concert with a live performance by classic rock cover band, the Gone Gray Band.
