NYS COMPLETE COUNT COMMISSION STAFF HOLDING JULY 24 ROUNDTABLE DISCUSSION IN VESTAL

The NYS Complete Count Commission’s staff will hold a roundtable discussion on plans for the upcoming 2020 Census on Wednesday, July 24 in Vestal:

 

Wednesday, July 24, 2019, 2 p.m.

Binghamton University ITC Building

Symposium Hall  

85 Murray Hill Road

Vestal, NY

 

Directions may be found here. The roundtable meeting is open to the public and media.

 

Binghamton University will broadcast the event on its website, which will also be carried via the NYS Census 2020 website.

 

If an individual would like to participate in the discussion, please email hearing@labor.ny.gov by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23.

 

The Commission will continue to accept written testimony, which may be emailed at any time to hearing@labor.ny.gov.

 

The Complete Count Commission is tasked with building upon the sweeping efforts already underway to prepare for next year’s federal Census. With these events, the Commission is undertaking a multi-year, collaborative strategy involving all state agencies, local and county governments, non-profits and local stakeholders across the state.
