Paul Shivpal, representing the New York Lottery, (right) presents a Top 25 New York Lottery Retailer certificate to Pinakin Patel of Patel Enterprises at 1370 Pennsylvania Avenue in Brooklyn.  Patel Enterprises was one of the Top 25 retailers with over $3.6 million in Lottery sales in fiscal year 2013-2014.
