Shaved head, dark beard and mustache

Video footage has him leaving Ithaca College on Sunday 9/7/25 at 0631 hours

Wearing blue jeans, grey sweatshirt and a green knit hat.

Jon’s vehicle was located at lower Buttermilk Falls State Park in the Town of Ithaca and his cell phone was in the vehicle.

A note was located within the vehicle suggesting self harm.
