The New York Lottery’s Yolanda Vega will present $8,000,000 to Long Island’s newest Lottery millionaires.  The winners include a twenty-one-year-old college student that won the $5,000,000 top prize on the popular Set for Life scratch-off game and a twenty-eight-year-old contractor that won the $3,000,000 top prize on a $3,000,000 Mayhem ticket.
