MTA Advises Customers of Service Impacts During New York City Veterans Day Parade |

Public Encouraged to Take Mass Transit to Parade Buses Along Fifth Ave Subject to Reroutes and Delays Subway, LIRR, and Metro-North Running Regular Schedules The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) New York City Transit (NYCT) is encouraging those planning to attend the annual New York City Veterans Day Parade on Saturday, Nov. 11, to take public transportation to the parade route. The parade begins at 9:30 a.m. and runs north along Fifth Ave from 26 St to 47 St. To get to the parade route, customers can ride the subway to the following stations:
In addition, there will be impacts to bus service with buses running along Fifth Ave subject to reroutes and delays during the parade.
Buses not running on the impacted routes will run on normal Saturday schedules. Subway service will run on a regular weekend schedule.
