New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Commissioner Basil Seggos and City of Albany Mayor Kathy Sheehan will join Radix Ecological Sustainability Center, Friends of Tivoli Lake Preserve and Farm, Feeding New York State, State elected officials, and local partners to celebrate New York State’s Compost Awareness Week and make announcements about new and existing funding for food scrap recycling.
