Two Powerball Third Prize Winning Tickets Sold in New York

The New York Lottery today announced that a two third prize tickets worth $50,000 for the January 26, 2022 Powerball® drawing were purchased in New York. The winning tickets each have four matching numbers and the Powerball.  

The prize-winning Powerball tickets were purchased at the AAA Deli and Grocery on Bedell Street in Freeport and at the Tanglewood Deli on Central Park Avenue in Yonkers. The winning numbers for the Powerball drawing on January 26 are: 4-11-38-49-69 and the Powerball is 16. Players can securely check their tickets on the New York Lottery app.

The winning numbers for the Powerball game are drawn from a field of one to 69. The Powerball number is drawn from a separate field one to of 26.

The Powerball drawing is televised every Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 11 p.m. For an extra $1 players can add Powerplay, which multiplies a prize – not including the jackpot – by up to ten times.
