New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) Region 7 Matt Marko and elected officials will recognize Tompkins County Legislature Chair Martha Robertson and Town of Ulysses Supervisor Elizabeth Thomas for actions to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and build climate resiliency.
