Cuomo directed the Commissioner of Labor to hold public hearings to examine industries and evaluate the possibility of ending minimum wage tip credits in New York State. This hearing is the fifth of seven that have been scheduled throughout the State. Testimony will be heard from academic experts, workers, business owners and elected officials, among others. Currently, approximately 260 individuals have registered to speak at this hearing. |
