Dryden, N.Y. – The New York Lottery’s Yolanda Vega will present a Tompkins County man with an over-sized prize check worth $1,000,000. The Groton man won his prize on the popular New York Poker scratch-off ticket by beating the Champions hand with a full house. He is the first winner from Tompkins County since 2013.
