Syracuse Couple to Receive $1,000,000 Lottery Scratch-off Prize at the Great New York State Fair

The New York Lottery’s Gretchen Dizer will present an over-sized prize check to a Syracuse husband and wife who won the last $1,000,000 top prize available statewide on the Prism Payout scratch-off game.
