(July 14, 2014) --- The media credential request form for the Aug. 2-9, 2014 USA Hockey National Junior Evaluation Camp, in Lake Placid, N.Y., can be found by linking to https://worldjuniors.sportngin.com/register/form/617984043.

All media covering the national team evaluation camp must be credentialed. Credentials will be acceptedthrough Monday, July 28.

The evaluation camp includes daily practices and international games against Finland and Sweden. Plus Team USA will face off against the Czech Republic, Saturday, Aug. 9, at 1 p.m. All games and practices will be heldin the Olympic Center’s USA Rink. The complete schedule can be found HERE.
