SCHENECTADY, N.Y. - The New York Lottery today announced the new Cash4Life multistate game has resulted in 2,265,973 winning tickets since its launch two months ago with cash prizes ranging from $2 to $1,000 a Week for Life and $1,000 a Day for Life. 

Thus far, Edna Aguayo of Queens has claimed a $1,000 a Day for Life top prize from the July 14 drawing, and Catherine Morales of East Rockaway has claimed a $1,000 a Week for Life second prize from the June 19 drawing.

In addition, a Binghamton player has claimed a $1,000 a Day for Life top prize from the July 21, 2014 drawing. A Brooklyn player has claimed a $1,000 a Day for Life top prize from the July 31, 2014 drawing, and a Bronx player has claimed a $1,000 a Week for Life second prize from the August 7, 2014 drawing. Announcements of those winners will be made in the next few weeks.

Currently there are two more top prizes of $1,000 a Day for Life yet to be claimed. Here are the details for the unclaimed Cash4Life tickets:

• June 23, 2014 Cash4Life drawing, $1,000 a Day for Life top prize, was sold at 7-Eleven, 41-00 Bell Boulevard in Bayside, Queens
• July 24, 2014 Cash4Life drawing, $1,000 a Day for Life top prize, was sold at Milky Way Deli, 1669 Ralph Avenue, Brooklyn

Lottery officials urge the ticket holders to sign the back of the ticket immediately and to contact the Lottery or visit www.nylottery.ny.gov to learn how to claim the prize. In addition to the two for life prize levels, the Cash4Life game offers seven other prize levels with cash prizes ranging from $2 to $2,500.

Gardner Gurney, Acting Director of the Division of the Lottery said, “Cash4Life has started with a bang, with more than 2 million winners in just two months. With overall odds of 1 in 8 of winning a prize and the possibility of the two ‘for life’ prize levels, there’s a lot of excitement and buzz among New York Lottery players. ”

The Cash4Life game is an exclusive multistate draw game offering players in New York and New Jersey two chances for lifetime prizes with the purchase of a single $2 ticket. The drawings are held on Mondays and Thursdays with the next drawing on August 14.

The Cash4Life game requires players to select five numbers from one to 60 and a Cash Ball number from one to four. The top prize for matching the first five numbers plus the Cash Ball is $1,000 a Day for Life. The second prize for matching only the first five numbers drawn is $1,000 a Week for Life. Additional cash prizes range from $2 to $2,500. All prizes may be reduced if total payouts at a particular prize level exceed predetermined liability levels. Odds of winning the $1,000 a Day for Life prize are 1:21.8 million. The odds of winning the $1,000 a Week for Life prize are 1:7.28 million. Overall odds are 1:8.
