Who: State Parks Acting Commissioner Kathy Moser, Kingston Mayor Steve Noble and community members

What: The New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation celebrates its first Sojourner Truth Day with a food drive and guided hike. Items for donation will be collected on behalf of the Kingston Community Action Food Pantry to support area residents the weekend before Thanksgiving.

When: Saturday, November 22, 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Where: Sojourner Truth State Park, 100 Sojourner Truth Way, Kingston, NY 12401. Parking is available in the main lot. Adequate footwear for stone terrain is recommended.
