Yolanda Vega will present an over-sized prize check worth $5,000,000 to a Harpursville retiree at the Wegmans where he purchased his Set For Life scratch-off ticket.  This marks the second time a multi-million dollar Lottery ticket was purchased at this particular store.  In 2011, George Metritikas from Vestal won a $2,000,000 prize on a $500,000,000 Extravaganza scratch-off ticket.
