ADVISORY: MTA Chairman Foye to Participate in Reuters Mobility Summit

MTA Chairman and CEO Patrick J. Foye will appear in the Reuters Mobility Summit alongside other North American transit leaders to discuss financial issues confronting transit agencies and how to finance new projects without traditional ridership revenue.
