New York State Board on Electric Generation Siting and the Environment Issues Preliminary August 31, 2021 Agenda

ALBANY – The New York State Board on Electric Generation Siting and the Environment (Siting Board) will meet on Tuesday, August 31, 2021, at 10:30 A.M., in the 19th Floor Board Room of its offices located at Three Empire State Plaza, Albany and the Board Room in the New York City office located at 90 Church Street, 4th Floor, New York.  Please be prepared to show identification to be admitted to the Albany and New York City offices.  Unvaccinated individuals must wear a mask while in the agency’s offices; all others are strongly encouraged to wear a mask.  Due to COVID, seating capacity in each location will be limited.

Application of Mohawk Solar LLC for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need Pursuant to Article 10 of the Public Service Law for Construction of a Solar Electric Generating Facility in the Towns of Canajoharie and Minden, Montgomery County.
