March 11 Issues Conference On Proposed Ontario County Landfill Expansion Is Postponed |

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) announced that the March 11 adjudicatory issues conference on the application by Ontario County to expand its landfill on Route 5 & 20 in the Town of Seneca has been postponed.
DEC will reschedule the issues conference in the near future. Information on a new date for the conference will be provided when details are finalized. |
