NORTHPORT, N.Y. – The New York Lottery today announced a top prize winning ticket for the September 30 TAKE 5 drawing was sold at New Beginnings Cardique in Northport. The ticket is worth $64,785.50.
In addition to the $64,785.50 top prize for the September 30 TAKE 5 drawing, which was won by matching five out of five numbers, 253 players each purchased $384 winning tickets by matching four out of five numbers for the drawing. In total, there were 94,026 TAKE 5 winners for the September 30 drawing.
The winning numbers for the September 30 TAKE 5 drawing were 12-17-22-24-29.
The Lottery encourages everyone who bought a New York Lottery draw game ticket, to check their tickets again, as they could be holding a winner. Tickets expire one year after the game’s drawing.
The winners may claim the ticket at any one of the Lottery’s Customer Service Centers statewide, including the Long Island office at 45 South Service Road, Plainview, NY 11803 or at Resorts World Casino New York City, 110-00 Rockaway Blvd., Jamaica, NY 11420.
