The Department of Environmental Conservation will hold a public information session on Wednesday, Oct. 8 on Momentive Performance Materials (MPM) draft renewal permit. All feedback received will be considered by DEC, which will determine whether the permit will be revised, granted or denied.

The information session is from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Waterford Town Hall located at 65 Broad St. in Waterford.

It will be followed by a public legislative hearing, which begins at 7 p.m. at the same location.
