New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) Region 3 Director Kelly Turturro, New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) Program Manager for Communities and Local Governments Bradford Tito, and elected officials will recognize the village of Nyack Mayor Don Hammond and Sustainability Coordinator Marcy Denker for actions to reduce the village’s greenhouse gas emissions and energy use.
