The entire country will be in a New York state of mind during the week of April 13 as one of America’s favorite game shows pays homage to the Big Apple during a special Wheel Loves NY week.

The special production, to be aired nationally, will feature co-hosts Pat Sajak and Vanna White greeting contestants on a custom-designed set showcasing Manhattan’s famed skyline. Wheel Watchers around the country will root for their favorite players to win special prizes, including an all-expenses paid trip to the “City that Never Sleeps.” New York viewers will be treated to their own custom version of the game show during the same promotional week to commemorate the launch of the New York Lottery’s Wheel of Fortune scratch-off game and related second-chance promotions.

During the week of April 13, New York’s Wheel Watchers will see their own iconic New York Lottery logo affixed to the show’s famed puzzle board. Show hosts Sajak and White will add their own personal touches to the New York-only broadcasts, offering insights about the New York Lottery in a special Fun Facts segment of the show and reminding viewers to enter an exclusive second-chance drawing open to New York State residents only.

At the show’s request, The Lottery’s own celebrity host, Yolanda Vega, will be featured during the week-long salute with special messages for New York’s dedicated Wheel of Fortune fan base.

The New York Lottery has teamed up with Wheel of Fortune producers to extend the on-screen fun to players’ PCs, mobile devices and tablets through a unique, interactive second-chance promotion.  New York Lottery players will have a chance to enter a special code printed on their Wheel of Fortune scratch-off ticket into a special database for a chance to win Wheel of Fortune-themed merchandise, including Wheel of Fortune scratch-off tickets, prize packs, and one of 30 all-inclusive trips to the Wheel of Fortune set in Los Angeles where they will have a chance to spin the famed Wheel and win $1,000,000.

The Wheel Loves NY special production will follow the March 31 launch of New York’s Wheel of Fortune instant game, which features a top prize of $1,000,000.
