FISHKILL, N.Y. – The New York Lottery’s Magen MacDavid will present over-sized prize checks worth $6,500,000 to four lucky Hudson Valley Lottery winners, including an Orange County man who won $3,500,000 from the March 29, 2014 Lotto drawing. The other winners from Orange and Westchester counties won their prizes on recent Powerball drawings and the 7-11-21 scratch-off game.
