ALBANY – The New York State Board on Electric Generation Siting and the Environment (Siting Board) will meet on Monday, February 24, at 2:00 p.m., in the 19th Floor Board Room of the Department of Public Service’s (Department) Albany office, located at Three Empire State Plaza, Albany, New York, and the 4th Floor Boardroom of the Department’s New York City office, located at 90 Church Street, New York, New York. The purpose of the Siting Board meeting is to consider an amendment petition that was filed by Canisteo Wind Energy LLC in this proceeding on July 24, 2024, and was supplemented on November 20 and 21, 2024.
