WHAT:          
IGHL “Fight Club” Trial before the Hon. William J. Condon, Supreme Court- Part 3

WHO:             
Defendants Erin McHenry (DOB: 6/29/85), Stephen Komara (DOB: 1/20/56) and Rosemary Vanni (DOB:  10/19/69)  will be tried on Felony counts of Endangering the Welfare of an Incompetent or Physically Disabled Person.  The defendants are alleged to have instigated a fight between two people with developmental disabilities in their care between October 15, 2013 and November 18, 2013 while employed by the Independent Group Home Living Program (IGHL) in Southampton, NY.  A fourth defendant pleaded guilty to one count in May of 2014 for for his role in the incident.

The case is being prosecuted by Justice Center Deputy Special Prosecutor Jacqueline Kagan.
