On Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 1 p.m., the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation and Harlem Valley Rail Trail Association will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the recently completed extension of the Harlem Valley Rail Trail in Copake Falls, NY.
