Committee and Board Meetings of the Environmental Facilities Corporation

Notice is hereby given that the Environmental Facilities Corporation will hold the following meetings on Thursday, June 3, 2021:

                                    Governance Committee Meeting- 11:00 a.m.; and

                                   UPDATED TIME Board of Directors Meeting - Noon

The meetings will be held remotely by videoconference, in compliance with the Corporation’s Bylaws and Executive Order No. 202.107.

The meetings will be webcast live on June 3, 2021 beginning at 11:00 a.m. at https://players.brightcove.net/2886492229001/default_default/index.html?videoId=6193797864001 and will also be available on-demand, for no less than 30 days after June 3, 2021 at www.efc.ny.gov.
