Metro-North Railroad Operating on Reduced Schedule

Customers Should Anticipate Possible Delays

MTA Metro-North Railroad is operating on a reduced schedule following Wednesday’s winter storm.  New Canaan and Danbury Branches remain suspended until further notice; Waterbury Branch service has resumed. Customers should expect crowded conditions and delays due to the residual effects of the storm.

Customers should check for service updates before leaving for the morning commute. For up to the minute service information, customers may visit Metro-North Railroad’s interactive schedule page at MTA.info/MNR, sign up for email or text alerts by visiting MyMTAAlerts.com, or check the Metro-North Train Time app.

West-of-Hudson customers should check www.njtransit.com  for details on Port Jervis/Pascack Valley Line service.

Metro-North advises customers to please exercise caution getting to and from our stations, and on our stairways and platforms, and to listen for announcements.
