NY LOTTERY TO BE PART OF TIMES SQUARE “TOP HAT TOSS”

TO CELEBRATE LAUNCH OF NATIONAL MONOPOLY MILLIONAIRES’ CLUB GAME AND TV SHOW

NEW YORK, N.Y. – The New York Lottery will join with at least 12 other lotteries around the nation to celebrate the launch of MONOPOLY MILLIONARES’™ CLUB – the country’s first-of-its-kind venture that combines the high stakes and rich rewards of a multi-state lottery game with the fun and entertainment of a nationally televised game show. Actor/Comedian Billy Gardell (“Mike & Molly”) will serve as the show’s host.

Gardell will join Acting NY Lottery Director Gardner Gurney and other lottery officials to mark the occasion with a special ribbon cutting/top hat tossing ceremony to take place on a 20’ by 20’ MONOPOLY branded board to be located in the center of Times Square.

WHO:	NY Lottery joins other lottery officials around the country and Actor/Comedian Billy Gardell to officially launch new MONOPOLY MILLIONAIRES’ CLUB national lottery game and related game show.
