“Despite the hurdles presented by a global pandemic that impacted every aspect of the MTA, including its finances, I’m proud of what’s been accomplished to make the Authority better able to serve its riders and the region. Given that this phase of the work is done, I have decided to move on to new challenges. I want to thank my colleagues, with whom working in service of New Yorkers has been a tremendous honor and privilege.”
