Committee and Board Meetings of the NYS Environmental Facilities Corporation

Notice is hereby given that the Environmental Facilities Corporation will hold the following meetings on Thursday, June 24, 2021:

                   Finance Committee - 10:45 a.m.;
                   Audit Committee - 11:15 a.m.; and
                   Board of Directors (Annual Meeting) - 12:00 p.m.

The meetings will be held remotely by videoconference, in compliance with the Corporation’s Bylaws and Executive Order No. 202.109.

The meetings will be webcast live on June 24, 2021 at the above specified times at https://players.brightcove.net/2886492229001/default_default/index.html?videoId=6193797864001, and will also be available on-demand, for no less than 30 days after June 24, 2021 at www.efc.ny.gov.
