Office of General Services Commissioner RoAnn Destito today announced that the following seven businesses have recently been certified by the Office of General Services’ (OGS) Division of Service-Disabled Veterans’ Business Development (DSDVBD):  

• Law Office of George D. McHugh PC, located in Ravena, NY, provides legal services.

• MSP Contracting LLC, located in Syosset, NY, leases and rents vehicles and equipment.
  
  
• SKYIST Limited, located in Centerport, NY, is a business management consultant.
  
  
• Seiberg Services LLC, located in Jameston, NY, provides residential and commercial junk and furniture removal.

• KJO Rapid Rail Response & Emergency Preparedness LLC, located in Jersey City, NJ, is a first responder that provides vehicle extraction.

• The Focus Group LTD, located in Santa Fe, NM, manufactures marketing and conference paraphernalia.

• Phase to Phase LLC, located in Dayton, OH, specializes in electrical testing and commissioning.

The Division was created by Governor Andrew Cuomo in May, 2014 with enactment of the Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Act. As of July 3, 2019, a total of 673 businesses have been certified.

The Act promotes and encourages participation of SDVOBs in NYS public procurements of public works, commodities, services and technology to foster and advance economic development in the State.
