NEW YORK STATE BOARD ON ELECTRIC GENERATION SITING AND THE ENVIRONMENT ISSUES PRELIMINARY JANUARY 7, 2021 AGENDA

 

ALBANY – The New York State Board on Electric Generation Siting and the Environment (Siting Board) will meet via Webcast at 2:30 P.M., Thursday, January 7, 2021. The Siting Board is meeting to consider the applications for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need filed by Hecate Energy Albany 1 LLC and Hecate Energy Albany 2 LLC in Case 17-F-0617, and East Point Energy Center, LLC in Case 17-F-0599. TO REDUCE THE POTENTIAL COMMUNITY SPREAD OF COVID-19, MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC WILL BE ALLOWED ONLY TO LISTEN TO THE MEETING VIA WEBCAST.
