New York State Office of General Services (OGS) Commissioner Jeanette Moy today announced that the annual HarlemWeen family-friendly event will be held from 4 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, October 31, at the Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. State Office Building, located at 163 West 125th Street in Harlem. “Our annual HarlemWeen event brings all the ghosts, goblins, and ghouls together at the Adam Clayton Powell, Jr. State Office Building for an evening full of magic, spooky tales, and fun for everyone,” Commissioner Moy said. “OGS invites you to join us in Harlem on October 31 with your costumes and Halloween spirit for an evening of family-friendly fun. I want to thank all the generous sponsors, performers, and volunteers for making this great holiday event possible.” The event will be hosted by actor, storyteller, and poet Daniel Carlton, with music provided by DJ Stormin’ Norman. There will be activities and performances throughout the event, including:
