Vendor Applications and Guidelines Available Here 

New York State Office of General Services (OGS) Commissioner Jeanette Moy today announced that vendor applications for Summer at the Plaza and Harriman Campus events are now available on the Empirestateplaza.ny.gov website. OGS also has sponsorship packages available for all events at every price point.

Sponsorships provide an excellent opportunity to partner with OGS to present free, family-friendly events enjoyed by thousands of attendees each year. More information about sponsorships is available here.

OGS is seeking craft, merchandise, specialty products, information, and food vendors for special events planned throughout the year in Albany, including cultural festivals, craft fairs, expos, and special holiday programs.

OGS is now accepting 2024 vendor applications for:

• Lunchtime at the Plaza food vendors.

• Summer at the Campus craft fair vendors.

• Summer at the Plaza festivals food and non-food vendors.

• Summer at the Plaza festivals food and non-food vendors for NYS July 4 Celebration, Kids Day, Food Festival, Hops & Harvest, Capital Concert Series, Black Arts & Cultural Festival concert finale, Black Arts & Cultural Festival Grand Rising Health & Wellness Fair, and Hispanic Heritage Celebration.

To be considered for participation, prospective vendors must complete an event-specific application and return it with payment to the Convention & Cultural Events Office by the return deadline listed on the application.

To become eligible to apply for an event, a completed Vendor Permit Agreement must be returned to OGS, along with all relevant and necessary certificates and documentation. This permit agreement must be renewed annually for returning vendors.
